Full of valuable information and advice, the seminars focus specifically on the upper body, the lower body, and the mental and nutritional aspects of the game.
Dr. Justin Lance, golf injury doctor and certified golf fitness instructor through the prestigious Titlest Performance Institute, shares tips on improving flexibility and preventing injury, as well as specific exercises to help improve performance on the course. Impact Golf owner and PGA teaching pro Chuck Little offers tips for improving the mechanics of the swing and putting technique.
